Six occupied elemental chairs, a separate Chair of Stars, and very different opinions about what a Star-Marked girl should become.
The Council Chamber holds seven chairs. Six occupied chairs hold the disciplines of flame, tides, stone, winds, twilight and dawn; the separate, elevated Chair of Stars is associated with the Star-Marked One.
Its mentors disagree on what Zamaria should be — guidance offered from six directions at once.
