The Saga
The Arcane Odyssey
An epic fantasy of awakening power, the hunger for forbidden knowledge, and the cost of becoming more than the world allows. The journey begins with The Awakening.
Katey Rae’s The Awakening introduces Zamaria Zephyr, whose family’s bookshop, Zephyr’s Books & Curiosities, surrounds her with enchanted texts and questions about magic. The story begins The Arcane Odyssey, an epic fantasy journey of identity and discovery. Its public glimpses include two opposing magical traditions and the mysterious Star-Mark. Zamaria’s questions about inherited knowledge and competing beliefs are part of that beginning; the book itself holds the answers waiting beyond the familiar shelves.
