The Arcane Codex is published on Google Play by Obsidian Media Group, LLC. You can delete your account and its data in either of two ways:
Two ways to delete
- In the app: open Settings, scroll to Legal & account, and tap Delete my account and data twice.
- Without the app: email arcanecodex@obsidianpublishers.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Arcane Codex account”.
What gets deleted
Your account, email address, display name, game progress, Star Shards, Duel Marks, items and hero cards, within 30 days.
What may be kept
Records of purchases, for up to the period the law requires (for tax and fraud prevention). Purchases can’t be restored after an account is deleted.
